The Complex
The building, dating back to the late nineteenth century, has undergone a general construction project, completed in March 2025, aimed at removing all architectural barriers and completely redeveloping it, including from a seismic and energy point of view. In addition to common areas, it includes 28 residential units for a total of 65 beds, distributed between the first and fourth levels connected by a lift. Each apartment has been designed with attention to every detail so that students can easily concentrate on studying, while enjoying a modern environment that encourages socializing. Designed to offer comfort, functionality and a high quality of life, using the most modern technologies and solutions for living, it contributes to enriching the city, making it even more cosmopolitan, open and international.

Our residences :
The residences are organized to optimize space, with large rooms equipped with large glass surfaces, which make the rooms comfortable and bright. The living area is represented by an open space, consisting of a large living room with sofa bed and 32-inch smart TV and includes a modern kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, induction plate and microwave oven, as well as a set of plates - glasses - cutlery - pots and pans - utensils. The bedrooms are designed to offer privacy and comfort, with double or single beds, spacious wardrobes and ergonomic desks

LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY
The complex called “Turin Queen” is located in a central position, well integrated into the urban transport network of Turin, with excellent connections by tram, bus and public service to every place of interest, to the main universities and libraries. In the area there are shops, restaurants, offices, which make it easy to access multiple services without having to move away.

Tram:
The closest stop is Corso Regina Margherita (on several tram lines), which connects the area with the center and other peripheral areas. Tram lines that pass through here include:
Line 4: which connects the Falchera district to Lingotto, passing through the centre of Turin.
Line 7: which connects the Vanchiglia area with San Paolo, crossing the city centre.
Bus:
The area is served by several bus lines that allow you to reach other areas of the city or to easily move towards Porta Nuova Station or other peripheral areas. Some of the connections include the lines that pass along Corso Regina Margherita and that can easily take you to Piazza Castello and other destinations.
Subway:
Less than a kilometre away is the Porta Susa railway and metro station, which is one of the main metro stations in Turin.
Access to the main roads:
Corso Regina Margherita is one of the main arteries of Turin, which directly connects the area with the city center and allows easy access to the rest of the urban road and motorway network.
