The Residences

The complex

The building, dating back to the late 19th century, underwent a major full redevelopment, completed in March 2026, aimed at removing all architectural barriers and improving the building’s structural, seismic and energy performance.

The property consists of 29 self-contained housing units that share large common areas and dedicated services. The current layout offers accommodation for 65 beds, arranged in single and double rooms.

The housing project was developed around an innovative “integrated clusters” model, designed to combine privacy, focus and quality of life. Each apartment hosts a limited number of residents, up to a maximum of three people, ensuring compact, tidy spaces free from the dispersions and interferences typical of large collective facilities. This design choice allows students to enjoy quiet, functional private spaces, ideal for studying, resting and everyday life. At the same time, the richness and breadth of the common areas encourage socializing, meeting and cultural exchange, creating a true international community that enhances human relationships without sacrificing individual well-being.

Turin Queen represents a new idea of university residence: a place designed to offer comfort, functionality and a high quality of life, through the use of the most modern technologies and housing solutions. A project that helps enrich Turin’s urban fabric, making the city even more attractive, cosmopolitan, open and international.

Our Residences

Each apartment has been designed with special attention to detail, space ergonomics and living quality, so that students can focus at their best on their academic path, while enjoying a contemporary, dynamic and inspiring environment. The layout includes a comfortable living area, furnished with functional elements and a relaxation corner, integrated with a modern fully equipped kitchen, featuring a fridge with freezer, induction hob and ample storage space. The apartment is completed by a utility room and bedrooms designed to ensure the highest level of privacy, comfort and functionality, with double or single beds, spacious wardrobes and ergonomic study stations. The large glazed surfaces, combined with automated solar-shading systems, ensure excellent natural light throughout the day, enhancing the interiors thanks to high ceilings and the presence of private balconies. The airiness of the spaces, the quality of the materials and the focus on residential well-being help create an ideal setting for study, relaxation and everyday life.
